Gene McKnight brings over 40 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in investment sales, tenant and landlord representation, and strategic advisory. His expertise spans multifamily, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, and land transactions across the United States, with deep roots in sales and leasing throughout Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.
He routinely partners with leading corporations, private firms, and individual investors to close high-value transactions, including single-tenant NNN investment-grade properties.
A graduate of Auburn University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Gene was a four-year student-athlete on the varsity tennis team. Today, he continues to play tennis and golf, and enjoys gardening, hiking, exploring historical sites, and spending time with his family.
